Dan Ohler, Phd. (Pretty Happy Dude) was a former full-time mixed farmer. Dan brings an organic groundedness to your event. He plants seeds of common-sense - practical tools and tips that challenge you to grow your business and personal relationships, face difficulties and change, and harvest happiness and success. You gain grass-roots techniques to think outside your barn and to make accountable choices. By learning to become more effective and successful in your leadership role, you create great value for yourself - in your profession, personal life, and community. Through linguistics and mind-programming, Dan challenges you and your team to move beyond your self-imposed limitations and beliefs, and create the happiness and success you want and deserve. This isn't text book stuff - its real life. You will know that Dan has been there and done that as he shares stories and wisdom learned through his experiences as a farmer, agricultural lender, land consultant in the oil and gas industry, agri-tourism operator, and professional speaker and coach. You'll see and experience immediate results from Dan's humorous, high-energy, engaging style. As a Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Dan often uses NLP and hypnosis in his coaching sessions, to guide clients to enhance performance, overcome phobias, change undesireable behaviour, eliminate pain, and generally create greater results.
